In what cases can I claim for return/exchange?
What are the requirements to claim for return/refund/exchange?
- Unboxing video (No retake, no cut, no edit)
- Make sure that your complaint is filed less than 7 days since arrival
Can I change to other items?
In all cases of exchange, the item can only be replaced by the same item as what has been ordered.
Can I request for exchange of ring size?
Yes, however we are not responsible of the shipping fees. You can send the item to our office, and checkout Packing Fee on our website for us to repack and resend the replacement item to you.
Can I claim a for return/refund/exchange without any unboxing videos?
No, all claims for return/refund/exchange requires an unboxing video as evidence that the item arrived in a broken condition, or was sent different than what has been ordered. The unboxing video also needs to meet our standard: Unedited, uncut, and original (not retake).
